He advises entities operating in various sectors of the economy, in particular in the real estate, development, financial, service, energy, manufacturing industries, as well as local government units. His experience covers conducting consulting projects, both as part of ongoing tax consultancy and those entailing implementation of complex restructuring transactions, tax audits, and due diligences. He represents taxpayers in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. He has authored numerous publications on tax law.
