In his practice to-date she has participated in services for businesses, with particular emphasis on the corporate area and on preparing and reviewing agreements in business dealings. He also has experience in managing civil actions both at the pre-trial stage and in court, including contractual disputes and payment disputes, as well as in intellectual property rights.
He participates in projects involving the establishment, ongoing functioning, and liquidation of companies, and in restructuring projects, such as company mergers, divisions and transformations.
