Milena is experienced in handling corporate matters, managing civil actions at the pre-trial stage and in court, and in drawing up legal opinions and agreements involving civil law and labour law

Attorney-at-law trainee. She gained her professional experience in Kraków and Warsaw law offices and in the legal department of a construction industry group. Milena is involved on a daily basis in merger and acquisition projects, including due diligence processes, and in the preparation of transaction documentation. She also supports the Law Firm in ongoing services provided to banking sector Clients.
