He specializes in company law, business law, and securities law and services investment and restructuring processes, including mergers, acquisitions, divisions and transformations. He participates in reorganizations of international holding structures.

He has many years’ experience in servicing companies listed on regulated markets, advises their management boards and shareholders on regulatory issues, as well as on disclosure obligations and market communication.

In his practice, Michał also deals with consulting for family businesses and advises on succession planning.

He has extensive experience in providing services to entities from the IT sector, to electronic media suppliers, e-commerce businesses, manufacturers of home appliances and consumer electronics, as well as to the development, logistics, jewellery, cosmetics and FMCG industries. He has authored numerous articles and publications on corporate law.
