Karol is an advocate with 12 years of experience. He specializes in commercial law and civil law. He participated in a number of complex merger and acquisition transactions the value of which would reach hundreds of millions PLN. For many years he has carried out successful transactions of purchasing and selling companies and their parts (enterprises), including public companies, and drew up investment restructuring agreements and joint-venture agreements. Karol has also experience in legal services provided to listed companies. During his legal career he represented foreign investment funds, international corporations and domestic entrepreneurs making acquisitions or selling their businesses to financial or industry investors. He also supports Polish family businesses and young innovative enterprises in the process of attracting investors.
