He has experience in using preference taxation (IP Box relief) by research and development entities

Filip has been gaining the knowledge of general law in a law office since 2017 and since 2020 he has been focusing on tax advisory. He also handles matters connected with establishing tax residence, reporting transfer prices, and provides other advisory on income taxes (PIT/CIT).

Filip also participated in projects involving applications of businesses for external financing in the form of state aid (e.g. donations and subsidies for programmes carried out by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP)) for technology sector entities.
