Jacek is an advocate and a tax adviser. He specializes in goods and services tax (VAT) as well as excise and customs duties. He advises entities from many sectors of the economy, in particular from the automotive, real estate, development, financial and energy industries, including companies holding licences for the distribution, transmission, and production of and trading in electricity. Jacek participates in consolidation processes and tax reviews of Polish largest companies, as well as in projects involving reviews of the correctness of VAT settlements. He successfully represents taxpayers in tax and inspection proceedings, as well as before administrative courts. He has authored several hundred publications on taxes and law.
