Bartłomiej is an attorney-at-law with over 13 years’ professional experience in tax consulting. He represents Clients’ interests while working on tax aspects of transaction documentation and during commercial and business negotiations. Bartłomiej also provides ongoing advisory on income tax, capital tax, and international tax law matters. He gained hands-on experience in and knowledge of tax law, commercial law, and civil law by conducting a number of M&A tax projects and successfully completing corporate reorganizations – having advised domestic entities, international investment funds, and industry investors. He is a finalist of the “Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2018” ranking organised by Wolters Kluwer and the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily.
